HEAR FROM THE HAWKS COACH:
Head women's soccer coach Chad Miller on what improvement he saw today from when his team played Central Community College last Thursday:
"We were connecting much better in our attack than we were a few days ago," Miller said. "We were much better at finding space up top which helped us in the attack."
Miller on how his team can build on this momentum heading into their upcoming three-game road trip:
"We still have a lot of things we need to shore up heading into this next week against some tough competition," Miller said. "We have to be better defensively on the ball and also be able to play forward quicker."
UP NEXT:
The Hawks will head next to Chicago, Illinois for three games. The trip will start at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday at the University of Illinois Chicago as Northeast faces off with Waubonsee Community College.
