HEAR FROM THE HAWKS COACH:
Head Women's Basketball Matt Svehla on the matchup with the Tritons:
"We had some struggles defensively of keeping them from getting to the rim at times and offensively there seemed to be a lid on the basket for us," Svehla said. "We had many opportunities on shots in close but couldn't get enough to fall tonight. When shots don't go in, it makes things tough. We will regroup and get ready for the next one."
UP NEXT:
The Hawks will travel to Des Moines Area Community College and compete with the Bears at 1 p.m. Saturday in Boone, Iowa.
