HEAR FROM THE HAWKS COACH:
Head Men's Soccer Coach Adam Potter on staying undefeated in conference play today:
"People always say that NIACC is one of the hardest places to play in the ICCAC and in the country," Potter said. "We got in and got out of a tough environment and tough conditions. Great start to put them on their heels early. Guys grit it out in the second half and really defended hard. Good team win."
Potter on the duel with No. 18 Southeastern ahead on Saturday:
"A very familiar foe," Potter said. "A team that we know is always going to be in the mix and in the hunt. They are always one of the top teams in our conference. Really excited about that matchup. Cool opportunity to play on the field where we won the region title a couple of years back. It should be a good one."
UP NEXT:
The Hawks have another ranked showdown on the schedule next as they will battle No. 18 Southeastern Community College at 1 p.m. Saturday in Burlington, Iowa.
