HEAR FROM THE HAWKS COACH:
Head Men's Soccer Coach Adam Potter on what clicked Monday night:
"We were driving home the message yesterday of how we have to be better and more disciplined," Potter said. "It was a really good response from the guys today. We were energized, talking and communicating. We had a fire under us from the start. Getting on the board early and keeping a clean sheet again was great."
Potter on battling ICCAC competition next:
"We are really excited about shifting our attention to conference play," Potter said. "Big test right away from the start. We are really excited about going into the matchup with Hawkeye. Can't wait to get rolling. It's a brand-new season. We are 0-0 and ready to hit the ground running. We need the communities support to push the men's and women's teams to victories."
