Heimes finishes in the top-40 at NJCAA DII Men’s Golf National Tournament

PLYMOUTH, Ind. – Ty Heimes (Battle Creek, Neb.) finished in a tie for 37th-place out of 123 golfers at the NJCAA DII Men’s Golf National Tournament at the Swan Lake Golf Resort in Plymouth, Ind.

PLYMOUTH, Ind. – Ty Heimes (Battle Creek, Neb.) finished in a tie for 37th-place out of 123 golfers at the NJCAA DII Men's Golf National Tournament at the Swan Lake Golf Resort in Plymouth, Ind.

On Tuesday, Heimes shot a 2-under par 70 to sit in eighth place after Round One. He followed with an 83 on Day Two, while carding a 76 on Thursday. Heimes ended with a four-day total of 306 after carding a 77 on Friday.

Earlier in the week, Heimes was named a Second Team All-Region honoree by the conference.
