HEAR FROM THE HAWKS COACH:
Head Men's Basketball Coach Josh on the duel on the court tonight:
"They are a good team," Clark said. "They are the measuring stick to where our guys want to go. Their experience and physicality showed tonight. I'm happy with the way our guys competed and battled. With four minutes to go we had a chance to cut it to four with some free throws. They took momentum back. They are a tough team, who we may see again depending on how the standings play out. I'm proud of the guys. They know what it takes now."
Clark on taking on Iowa Central for the second time this season next:
"We are looking to pick one up at Iowa Central," Clark said. "They got us here and we are looking to go 1-1 with them. We need to stand on our defense and each possession matters."
UP NEXT:
The Hawks will hit the road to compete against Iowa Central Community College at 3 p.m. Saturday in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
