HEAR FROM THE HAWKS COACH:
Head Men's Basketball Coach Josh Clark on what he saw on the floor today:
"Guys fought back and played hard," Clark said. "They didn't quit when the ball didn't fall the first half. We outscored them in the second half 57-45. We forced them into 27 turnovers. Had the ball dropped in the first half, it's a different ballgame. I'm proud of how we responded to a tough environment."
Clark on taking on Southeast for the second time this season next:
"Southeast is playing their first home game and they'll be ready," Clark said. "We're looking forward to the rematch. The guys want to round out the season series with a win before going into the short Thanksgiving break."
UP NEXT:
The Hawks will attempt to get back in the win column on the road in a battle with Southeast Community at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in Lincoln, Nebraska.
