WEST BURLINGTON, Iowa – The Northeast Community College volleyball team hit the road on Wednesday night and came up short, falling to Southeastern Community College in four sets, 25-19, 23-25, 25-19 and 25-15 in ICCAC play in West Burlington, Iowa.

Dani Wadsworth (Wolbach, Neb.) led the Hawks (3-8, 1-1 ICCAC) with 15 kills and 23 digs. Edyn Sudbeck (Wynot, Neb.) notched 34 assists, while Lauren Kavan (Cedar Bluffs, Neb.) added 10 kills and 13 digs. Alexis Kapales (Jonesboro, Ark.) had 32 digs and Elizabeth Christensen (Stanton, Neb.) tallied 27 digs.
The Hawks visit Ellsworth Community College for an ICCAC match at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Iowa Falls, Iowa.
