HEAR FROM THE HAWKS COACH:
Head women's soccer coach Chad Miller on what his message is after a tie:
"NJC is a very good team and pushed us to the limit," Milller said. "We were outplayed to a lot of balls today and we need to iron out why. My advice to the girls was to rest the bodies and get recovered. It has been a tiring two weeks of soccer."
Miller's thoughts on facing the current NJCAA Division I No. 11 team in the country next:
"Iowa Western brings their best game wherever they go," Miller said. "We are going to have to prepare for a physical match. Getting to the ball much quicker is going to have to be the focus going into that one."
UP NEXT:
Northeast will travel to face Iowa Western Community College at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
