HEIMES NAMED 2022 NJCAA DIVISION II VOLLEYBALL SECOND TEAM ALL-AMERICAN
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Northeast Community College volleyball player Karley Heimes (Wynot, Neb.) was named a 2022 NJCAA Division II Volleyball Second Team All-American, it was announced by the NJCAA Thursday.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Northeast Community College volleyball player Karley Heimes (Wynot, Neb.) was named a 2022 NJCAA Division II Volleyball Second Team All-American, it was announced by the NJCAA Thursday.
Heimes electrified every single gym that she stepped foot in throughout her freshman year and she put together one of the most dominant seasons that has ever been completed in a Northeast uniform. Heimes was second in the NJCAA DII ranks in kills per set averaging 5.02 a set and was third in kills with 622. She also tied the school record for kills in a game with 32 in a playoff matchup with Des Moines Area Community College.
Heimes was previously named First Team All-Conference by the ICCAC last month.
