WEST BURLINGTON, Iowa – The No. 7 Northeast Community College men's soccer team played their only game this week Saturday as they battled with Southeastern Community College in West Burlington, Iowa. The ICCAC matchup can only be described as an instant classic as the Blackhawks topped the Hawks by a final score of 1-0.
The Hawks (11-3, 1-1 ICCAC) and Blackhawks both entered the contest at the top of the ICCAC standings, with the eventual winner feeling confident about their place in the league.
