Down by only eight points at halftime, the Hawks (9-7) didn't have any answers for the sharp-shooting Raiders. The Hawks managed to cut into Central's lead on multiple occasions, coming within single digits, but the Raiders hit crucial 3-pointers in clutch situations down the stretch.
Ben Moxness (Scribner, Neb.) recorded 23 points and eight rebounds. Asher Scavella (Nassau, Bahamas) added a double-double with 16 points and 12 boards, while Emmette Page (Crystal, Minn.) had 15 points, nine assists and seven rebounds. Michael Anderson (Lincoln, Neb.) chipped in 11 points, four rebounds and four assists.
The Hawks host Iowa Western Community College for their first ICCAC contest of the season at 7 p.m. Saturday in Norfolk.
