Northeast men fall to NIACC on Friday

The Trojans hit the half-century mark in both periods to down the Hawks 105-71.
Down by 13 points at halftime, NIACC held the Hawks (6-5) to 37 percent shooting in the contest. Northeast was unable to cut into the deficit, snapping a two-game losing streak.
Moses Byekwaso (London, United Kingdom) led the Hawks with 19 points and five boards. Daniel Akuei (Melbourne, Australia) tallied 12 points and seven boards on 5-of-11 shooting from the field. Seth Coatta (Minnetonka, Minn.) added 11 points, nine rebounds and four assists, while Ben Moxness (Scribner, Neb.) chipped in 11 points.
The Hawks return to the court at 7 p.m. Tuesday as they head north to battle Mount Marty College JV in Yankton, S.D.
