All three fall sports were ranked in the NJCAA national poll for the first time in school history and Frost coordinated seven highly attended matchups between ranked teams on Northeast’s home field. Frost also coordinated nine different postseason events in the fall of 2023, including two Region 11 Championship victories and two Plains District Championship triumphs on the Hawks’ home turf. He made a return trip to Tucson, Arizona to lead the promotional efforts at the 2023 NJCAA DII Soccer Championships where the men’s and women’s teams combined to place three student-athletes on the All-Tournament Team and the men’s squad made the NJCAA DII Men's Soccer Championship Semifinals for the first time in school history. The Northeast men’s and women’s soccer teams combined to have six All-Americans, which was the most of any program in the NJCAA DI, DII or DII ranks.

In 2022, Frost led an effort to launch eight different sports-specific Twitter accounts as well as a Northeast Athletics TikTok account. He also worked to revamp and grow current social media channels and game day press releases. He has worked to grow the Northeast Athletics brand and has played a role in record-setting crowds at home events. Frost was awarded first place for creative writing in the 2021-22 2YSIDA publications contest for a story on former Northeast baseball player Maxim Fullerton. Frost is a graduate of the University of Missouri where he took part in the “Missouri Method,” which is intended to give students at the University of Missouri real-world experience through the communications department. He is excited to bring those ideas and processes from an SEC institution to the Northeast Athletic Department. Frost graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and a minor in sociology.
